Steak and Chicken Seasonings? Empty Steak and Chicken Seasonings?

Post by Havelk 3/11/2013, 6:54 pm

I always use some sort of chicken or steak seasonings when I cook. They are a dry rub that contains sea salt, garlic, spices, onion, and red peppers. Are these ok? can I use too much?

Thanks,

Jay

love the profile pic!

Yes, those are all good. Maybe Steph can put some input on this but I think it'd be hard to go overboard on that stuff, and I wouldn't be worried about having too much dry rub with those ingredients.

salt up, whenever you have the chance! the less we eat out and the less we eat pre-packaged food, the more i have to make an effort to get enough salt in mine and colin's diets.
